Vessels detained at river mouth and passengers and crew vaccinated unless they can produce evidence of successful recent vaccination.
Hong Kong declared an infected port on account of
plague.

No. S. 266. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to No. 6 Police Launch", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 14th day of September, 1928.
A list of work may be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
