No. S. 189. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of photographic stores to Prison Department will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 7th July, 1928, for the supply of Photographic Stores to the Prison Department for one year from 1st August, 1928, to 31st July, 1929.

Samples of stores may be seen, and further information obtained, at this Office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sun of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, in the event of his tender being accepted.

For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

No tender will be received unless sent in the form required.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign an agreement and to give security to the satisfaction of the Government in the sum of $10.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 190.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for repairs to Grab Dredger No. 2", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Thursday, the 5th day of July, 1928, for slipping, repairing and painting Praya East Reclamation Grab Dredger.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Slipway, Yaumati.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

No. S. 191.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for stone quarry at the junction of Boundary Street and Lai Chi Kok Road, Shamshuipo", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 9th day of July, 1928, for the occupation for a period ending 31st December, 1929, from the date of notification of acceptance of tender of the piece or parcel of ground, containing about 3'95 acres, shown coloured red on plan signed by the Director of Public Works and dated 22nd June, 1928, but subject to certain conditions which can be ascertained at the office of the Director of Public Works.

Each tender must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that the Tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if the Tenderer refuses to carry out his tender and comply with the conditions, should the tender be accepted.
