OTICE is hereby given that in pursuance

ance 1911.

OTICE is hereby given that a Petition presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 13th day of April, 1928, for confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above Company from Rupees 100,000,000 to Rupees 60,000,000 is directed to be heard be- | fore His Honour Sir Henry Cowper Gollan, Knight, C.B.E., on Thursday, the 31st day of May, 1928, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon.

Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for reducing the Capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of bearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be finished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.

TRAMWAY ORDINANCE, 1902

NOTICE is hereby given that this Company

intends to apply to the Governor-in- Council for power to construct :-

(a) About 240 yards of single track tramway connecting the existing single track at the South end of Percival Street with the existing single track in Wong Nei Chong Road opposite tramway standard No. 665, and

(b) An additional crossover near the junction of Praya East and Percival Street.

Both extensions to be carried out in accord- ance with plans deposited with the Director of Public Works.

Passen the 16th April, 1928. CONFIRMED the 30th April, 1928.

A Chuen On Steamboat Company, Limited, Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of

duly convened and held at No. 44, Connaught Road West, on the 16th day of April, 1928, the following Rosolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the same Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 30th day of April, 1928, the said Resolution was duly con- firmed as Special Resolution, namely:-

"That it is desirable to wind-up this company and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Messrs. Ng Cho Ming,

The Mark has been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Ad- ministrating the Government under Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909
