NOTICE is hereby given that Sunset Produce Co., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, United States of America, located at San Francisco, State of California, aforesaid and having a place of business at 540 Front Street, San Francisco, have, on the 10th day of April, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

in the name of Sunset Produco Co., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

in the name of the said Hikosuke Nigauri, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicant in respect of Matches in Class 47.
