OTICE is hereby given that the Third Ordinary Yearly Meeting of Hong Kong Telephone Company, Limited, will be held on Wednesday, the llth day of April, 1928, at the Board Room of the Company, Second Floor, Exchange Building, Hong Kong, at 19 o'clock noon, for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts and the Report of the Board of Directors, for the financial Year onded 31st December, 1927. confirming the appoint- ment of three Directors and re-electing two Directors and the Auditors.
The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from the 4th April to the llth April, 1928, both days inclusive.

OTICE is hereby given that The Fisk Rubber Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, doing business in Chicopee Falls, County of Hampden, State of Massachusetts, United States of America, have, on the 30th day of December, 1927, applied for registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
