(e) The chests, boxes, cases or packages containing the drug shall be imported, and shall while in the Colony be main- tained, unopened and unbroken unless they are opened or broken during and for the purposes of some search author- ized by this Ordinance.
(f) A copy of the export authorization, or of the diversion certificate if any, shall be produced to the Superintendent at least four hours before the dangerous drag is exported.
(g) The drug shall be exported with all
reasonable expedition.
(h) The ship on which the drug is exported shall, on leaving the harbour of Vie- toria, proceed direct and forthwith out of the waters of the Colony.
(4) The exportation,of the drug shall be reported in writing to the Superin- tendent, by the owner, charterer or agent of the ship, within 48 hours after the departure out of the waters of the Colony of the ship on which the drug was exported.
(3) No export licence shall be issued under this section until there shall have been produced to the Superintendent a certificate in the form in the Schedule or in some form which appears to the Superintendent to be equivalent, and no such export licence shall be issued until the Superin- tendent is satisfied that such certificate is genuine and relates to the drug sought to be exported and has not been obtained by any misrepresentation.
7. Sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 5 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1923, are repealed and the following sub-sections are substituted therefor :-

(1) The drugs to which this Ordinance
Geo. 5, c. 74, applies are morphine, cocaine (including

synthetic cocaine), ecgoniue, diacetylmorphine (commonly known as diamorphine or heroin) and their respective salts, medicinal opium, and any extract or tincture of Indian hemp, and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of diacetylmorphine or containing not less than one-fifth per cent. of morphine or one-tenth per cent. of cocaine or ecgonine.

(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1) the expression cegoniue" means laevo-ecgouine and includes any derivatives of ecgonine from which it may be recovered industrially, and the percentage in the case of morphine shall be calculated as in respect of anhydrous morphine.
8. Sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1925, is repealed and the following sub-section is substituted therefor :-
(1) The granting or refusal of any licence or authority ander this Ordinance, and the revocation of any such licence or authority, shall lie in the absolute discretion of the Superintendent, who may impose any condi- tious that he may think fit upon the grauting of any such licence or authority.
9. Section 9 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1923, is amended as follows :--
(a) The words " or the keys of any box, drawer or other receptacle whatsoever contain- ing any drug to which this Ordinance applies,"
