It is hereby notified for information that Gun Practice will take place from Devil's Peak on March 26th, 1928, during the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Four rounds full charge will be fired from 9.2-inch guns.

Alternate day will be Thursday, March 29th, 1928.

No. S. 55.—It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Raising of Time Rall Tower, Kowloon ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 12th day of March, 1928. The work consists of the building work in connection with increasing the height of the Time Ball Tower by approximately 20 feet.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 56.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to Government Dredger No. 1", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 13th day of March, 1928.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Slipway, Yaumati.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
