Notice of Second Meeting of Creditors.
T the First Meeting of the Creditors in the above matter held at the Official Receiver's Office, on the 12th day of January, 1928, it was resolved by special resolution of the creditors present to entertain a proposal for a composition, the terms of which were for payment of a dividend on the unsecured liabilities of 10 per cent in cash on the ap- proved by the Court of the composition.
The meeting for the purpose of deciding whe- ther the above resolution shall be confirmed will be held at the Official Receiver's Olliee, on Monday, the 27th day of February, 1928, at 10:30 am.
The proposal for a composition can be con- firmed only by a majority in number, represent- ing three-fourths in value, of all the creditors. who have proved, and is subject to the approval
of the Court.
