January, 1928, and made by Ho Kai Chi, for the consideration therein mentioned, the one- third share and interest of the said Ho Kai Chi, of aud in the said Tung Tai Pawnshop, was assigned by the said Ho Kai Chi to Ho Cheung Shi. The said Tung Tai Pawnshop has never incurred liabilities by way of guarantee or loan and will thereafter not he responsible for such liabilities unless signed by Ho Cheung Shi.
