OTICE is hereby given that the Court has, by virtue of the provisions of Section 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897, made an order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 31st day of January, 1928.
All creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named Com- pany, duly convened, and held at its Registered office of No. 244, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on the 15th day of December, 1927, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:
