NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of
the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 20th day of December 1940 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from £500,000, to £250,000, and the Minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the Company the several particulars required by the above Ordinance, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of December 1940. AND FURTHER take notice that the said Minnte is in the words and figures following:-
"The capital of Marsman Hongkong China Limited henceforth is £250,000 divided into 1.000,000 shares of 5s. each instead of the original capital of £500,000 divided into 1.000,000 shares of 10s. each At the time of the registration of this Minuto the whole of the A shares numbered 1 to 20,000 inclusive and 636,675 of the ordinary shares numbered 20001 to 656675 inclusive have been issued and the sum of 5s. is to be deemed to have been paid up upon each of the said A shares and the ordinary shares. The remaining 343,325 shares are unissued."
