in the name of the said Clipper Merchandising Company (Recording Department), who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in class 8 in respect of Gramo- phones, gramophone parts, and gramophone re- cords.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.

The above mark has never been used by the applicants but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of wooden play-cards or dominos in class 49.

The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the domino devices.
