The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in class 48 in respect of Per- fumery including toilet articles, preparation for the teeth and hair and perfumed soaps.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word

ALLEN nor of the letter "A".

The registration of this trade mark is limited to a combination of colours red, white and black as shown on the specimen mark affixed to the form of application for registration.

In use upon goods covered by the specifica- tion other than "Tooth paste" the mark will be varied by the substitution of the name of

such goods for the words Tooth paste".
