Notice is hereby given that Ho Pik Mi Kenneth Earl of Inchcape of 15(n) of Nos. 83 and 85 Ki Lung Grosvenor Square London W. 1 formerly of 20 Grosvenor Square Street, ground floors Shamshuipo, Kowloon, in theolony of Hong Kong, widow, carrying on business under the style or firm name of Haug Fook Knitting Factory(

aforesaid deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Court

has by virtue of Section 58 of the Pro-) at Nos. 83 and 85 Ki Lung Street,

bates Ordinance 1897, made an Order limit- ing the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 14th day of December, 1940.

All creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

said Dah Sang Company to Lau Chun of No. 9, Sai Woo Street (1st floor) Victoria, aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee"). The Transfer will be com- pleted at the Office of Mr. C. A. Sutherton Buss, Solicitor, Hong Kong on or about the 24th day of December 1940.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
