As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $750 with the Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
