The Trade Mark has been used by the ap- plicants since the beginning of 1940 in respect of Preserved Bean Curd in class 42.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Automa-

tic Telephone and Electric Company, Limited of Norfolk House, Norfolk Street, Lond on, W.C.2, England, on the 15th day of May 1940, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

in the name of the said Automatic Telephone and Electric Co., Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- instruments for scientific purposes, telephonic plicants in respect of Electrical Apparatus and and telegraphic instruments and apparatus, electrical measuring, signalling and recording instruments and apparatus, electrical calculat- ing machines, electrical instruments and apparatus for use in teaching in Class 8.
