Foo Chemical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of 250 Burkill Road, Shanghai, China, have on the 29th day of August, 1940, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of substances used as

Trade Mark No. 6, has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use the same forthwith in respect of Substances used as food in Class 42.

The Registration of the Hsi Tien", the "Chu Ling" and the "Roses" marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Incense Burner device.
