Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Cheung

Foon (張寬)of No. 153, Belcher |

Street, ground floor, Kennedy Town in the Colony of Hong Kong carrying on business of a Confectioner and Cigarette Retailer under

the style or firm name of Fat Lee (1)

at the same address (hereinafter called the Transferor") has agreed to sell and transfer to Leung Ming() of No. 5, Kee Cheong Street, ground flor, Kenndy Town aforesaid (hereinafter called "The Trans- feree") the business of the said Fat Lee including the goodwill, signboard, licence, deposits, stock-in-trade, book-debts, furniture, fixture and fittings of and in the said busi-

ness.

The Transfer will be completed on the 1st day of October 1940.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business of a Confectioner and Cigarette Retailer at the same address under the style or firm name of Fat Lee Wo Kee ( 和記)

or such other name as he may

hereafter decide and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor

in connection with the said business.
