aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee") the business of the said Mow Tan Cafe together with the goodwill, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fittings, chattels and effects relating thereto,
The Transfer will be completed on the 31st day of July 1940.
The Transferee intends to carry on the busi- ness at the said address under the style or firm name of Mow Tan Cafe or such other name as he may hereafter decide and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with the said business prior to the 31st day of July 1940.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a Writ
of Summons issued on the 15th day of June 1940 in an action intituled "In the
Supreme Court of Hong Kong Original Jurisdic-
tion Action No. 97 of 1940, Between Hang Yue Hing (a firm), Plaintiffs, and Wong Chiu Chun, Defendant" the Plaintiffs claim against the Defendant the sum of $3,000.00 being an amount received by the Defendant as Manager of the Plaintiffs for the use of the Plaintiffs and notice is further given that pursuant to Section 453 of the Code of Civil Procedure a Writ of Foreign Attachment was on the 18th day of June 1940, issued by the Registrar of forthwith to attach all property movable and the Supreme Court commanding the bailiff
