presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 11th day of June 1940 for confirm ing the reduction of the capital of the above- mentioned Company from 82,400,000 divided into 24,000 shares of $100 each, to $1,800,000 divided into 24,000 shares of $75 each, by returning to the shareholders the sum of 825 per share, the capital proposed to be paid off being in excess of the wants of the Company, is directed to be heard before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor, Kt., Chief Justice, on Monday the 15th day of July, 1940, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Com- pany under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose. A copy of the Peti- tion will be furnished to any creditor or share- holder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
