Knitting Factory of No. 117 Fok Wing Street, ground floor, Shamshuipo, Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 6th day of March, 1940, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of The Shanghai Knitting Com- pany,
who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants since 1939 in respect of Singlets, sleeveless-singlets and shirts, in Class 38.
