in the Kingdom of Demmark, Engineer, deceased.

(Ground floor) Mongkok aforesaid Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferee") the busi- ness of the said Luen Wo Foreign Goods Firm including the goodwill, sign-board, stock-in- trade, furniture, fixtures, fittings and all other assets of the Transferor in the said business.

The Transfer will be completed on the 25th day of June, 1940.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 391 Shanghai Street (Ground floor) Mongkok aforesaid under the style or firm name of Kang Cheong Hong ()

and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor prior to the 25th day of June 1940.
