OTICE is hereby given that a Petition, presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 3rd day of May 1940 for con- firming the reduction of capital of the above mentioned Company from $2,000,000 divided into 10,000 Preference shares of $100 each and 10,000 Ordinary shares of $100 each to $1,600,000 by cancelling 4,000 of the said Preference shares and by issuing to the holders of such shares Debentures for $400,000 carry- ing interest at 4% er annum, is directed to be heard before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor, Kt., on the 14th day of June, 1940, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for reduction of the capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of the hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose. A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated

charges for the same.
