NOTICE is hereby given that the partner ship heretofore subsisting between Chu Keung(强朱) Chan Chan (週陳), and Chan Kin() carrying on busi-
ness of cycle dealers and repairers under the style or firm of Mutual Cycle Company
(司公車單昌順) of No. 673, Shanghai Street, in the Dependency of Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, has been dissolv- ed by mutual consent as concerns the said Chu Keung who retires from the said firm and who has assigned his interest to the said Chan Chau and Chan Kiu on the 29th day of February, 1940.
The said Chu Keung will not assume any liabilities incurred by the said Chan Chau and Chan Kiu in connection with the said partner- ship business prior to the 29th day of February, 1940.
The said Chan Chau and Chan Kiu shall be liable for the debts and liabilities of the said partnership business and they shall be at liberty on or after the said 29th day of February 1940 to carry on business under the style or firm name of Mutual Cycle Company at No. 673, Shanghai Street, Kowloon aforesaid as cycle dealers and repairers, the said Chu Keung having no further interest therein,
