The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Joss-sticks in Class 50.
The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters K.0.0. nor of the incense burner and joss- sticks devices.
