N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Sum Shu Kai (4) carrying on business
as soy manufacturers under the style or name of Tsung Dai Food Products Company
(*) at No. 169 Hai (中大食品公司)
Tan Street, Shumshuipo in the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called "the Transferor") is desirous of transferring the business of the said Tsung Dai Food Products Company
to Ho Wai (JE) of No. 11 Nam Kok ·
Road (ground floor), Kowloon in the said Colony of Hong Kong, Contractor, Ip Kan
(R) of Tung Koon Street, Yaumati, in the said Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant
and Mark Wei Woon (麥維垣) of No.
3 Bonham Strand West (ground floor) Victoria in the said Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, (hereinafter called "the Transferces") on the 27th day of May 1940.
The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at No. 169 Tai Tan Street aforesaid under the name of the Tsung Dai Food Products Company and are not assuming any of the liabilities incurred in the said busi- ness by the Transferor prior to the said 27th day of May 1940.

Victoria aforesaid Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferee").
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address under the same style or firm name of Tai Chung Po Newspaper and will not assume the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor as shown or may be shown in the books of the said Tai Chung Po Newspaper prior to the 1st day of May 1940.
