presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 14th day of February 1940 for confirming the reduction of the capital of the aboveuamed Company from $2,500,000 divided into 25,000 shares of $100 each, to $2,000,000 divided into 25,000 shares of $80 each by paying back to the shareholders the sum of $20 per share out of the accumulated profits of the Company, the capital proposed to he paid off being in excess of the wants of the Company, is directed to be heard before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor. Chief Justice, on Wednesday, the 13th day of March, 1940, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose. A copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of
the Company requiring the same by the under- signed on payment of the regulated charges for
the same.

The Trade Mark (2) has not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is its intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Articles of Clothing in Class 38.
A facsimile of each of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and also of the under- signed.
