The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of shoes, socks and singlets in Class 38.
Registration of the said Trade Mark shall
give no right to the exclusive use of the letters
"Y.S." nor of the Chinese characters
