Cheong () Partner of the Yuen Cheong Soap Factory and Ng Chi () partner of the said Yuen Cheong Soap Factory carrying on the business of Soap Manufacturers at No. 17 Hau Wo Street, West Point in the Colony of Hong Kong under the style or firm name of the Yuen Cheong Soap Factory' (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to sell and transfer to Chow Hin Kui

Point aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree") the business of the said Yuen Cheong Soap Factory including the goodwill, sign- board, furniture, fixture, fittings, soap making and tricycle licences, trade mark, deposit receipt for telephone and electricity, material for soap making, insurance policy, deposit of tenancy, benefit of tenancy and stock-trade. The Transfer will be completed on the 31st day of December 1939.

The Transferee intends to carry on business of soap manufacturer at the said premises under the style or firm name of The Yuen Cheong Soap Factory or such other name as he may hereafter decide and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said business.
