BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 614.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Fender for the supply of Flower Pots", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 11th day of December, 1939, for the supply of flower pots to the Botanical and Forestry Department for the period from the 1st January, 1940 to the 31st March, 1941 inclusive.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited with the Accountant-General the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person fails. or refuses to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept all or any part of any tender.
