EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTION.
T an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed Company duly convened and held at the Roof Garden of the Sincere Co., Ltd. of No. 173, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Wednesday, the 15th day of Novem- ber 1939 at 12 o'clock noon the following resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution: --
“ That it has been proved to the satisfac- tion of this meeting that the Com- pany cannot by reason of its liabili- ties continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up voluntarily and that Mr. Tam Hei Tin of No 24, Wing Lok Street, Victoria. Hong Kong, Banker, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the pur- poses of such winding-up."

NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Li Sin Kei of the China Building, trading as the Kwong Kee Company of the same address, importers and exporters has agreed to sell and transfer the goodwill of the said Kwong Kee Company to the Hop Yik Tong of P.O. Box 243. The transfer will be completed on the 18th day of December 1939.
The transferee intends to carry on the said business thereafter under the same style or firm name or such other name as he may here- after decide and will not assume any of the debts or liabilities incurred by the transferrer in connection with the said business.

The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at the said premises under the saine styles or firm names or such other name as they may hereafter decide and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said business.
