Details- Work will shortly commence in the above position and a pile driver will be moored in the vicinity. At night she will show the ordinary lights for vessels at anchor.

APPROACHES TO HONG KONG, ADMIRALTY CHART No. 1180.

With reference to Notice to Mariners No. 185/1939 of the 21st October, 1939, Light buoys exhibiting a white flashing light every ten seconds and unlighted buoys carrying red flags have been laid to mark the limits of the prohibited areas in the North Lantau Channel and West Lamma Channel and Southern approach to Silver Mine Bay (Lantau).

No. S. 528.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to Grab Dredger No. 2", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 23rd day of October, 1939, for slipping, repairing and painting Government Grab Dredger No. 2.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Slipway, Yaumati.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
