NOTICE OF FIRING PRACTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE, 1936.

1. Light gun firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on 30th October, 1939.

Firing Area "A" will be affected.

2. Anti-aircraft firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on 31st October, 1st and 2nd November, 1939.

Anti-aircraft firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12 midnight on 1st November, 1939.

Alternative night-2nd November, 1939.

Firing Area "B" will be affected.

3. Light gun anti-aircraft firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on 1st November, 1939.

Firing Area "B" will be affected.

4. Light gun firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12 midnight on #0th and 31st October, 1939 and 2nd and 3rd November, 1939.

Firing Area E" will be affected.

5. In accordance with sub-section 4 of section 4 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, masters of vessels and pilots of aircraft exempt from the operation of this Ordinance under section 10, are warned to assist in the carrying out of the firing practice by hastening through the firing area affected, or by consenting to be towed. out of the firing area, if necessary, by any vessel acting under the orders of the Military Authorities.
