Merchant Ships proceeding to Naval Base.

Position.-Lat. 01° 19' N. Long. 104° 05′ E. (approx.).

Details.-A Pilot Launch flying the Pilot Flag (red and white halved horizontall▲ with blue letter P) will meet ships at the Johore Shoal Buoy.

Ships are to follow the pilot launch to Serangoon Harbour where they will be

boarded by a pilot.
