ADDITIONAL DANGEROUS AREA ON CHINA COAST.
Japanese Authorities state that as from September 17th, 1939, dangerous objects and other obstacles will be placed at the following points near the entrance to Wenchow Harbour :-
1. Channel to the West of I Yu-Shan Island Lat. 27° 50'.2 N. Long. 121° 01' E. 2. Along a bearing 270 degrees from I-Chiao Island Lat. 27° 501 N. Long.
121° 00'.2 E.
3. Along a line connecting Hsiao-wu-Hsing Lat. 28° 1' N. Long. 121 41' E. and the Northeast Promontory of Ta-Men-Shan Island Lat. 27° 59′.3 N. Long. 121° 7' E.

HONG KONG HARBOUR.
Cross Harbour Pipe Line.
As from the 3rd October, and until further notice, pipe lifting will be carried out by a crane lighter and divers will work from diving punts within an area bounded by the following positions :-
1. 22° 17' 121" N. 2. 22° 17′ 15′′ N. 3. 22° 17' 23 N. 4. 22° 17' 26 N.

These positions will be marked by small cylindrical red buoys. The crane lighter will display by day a red flag and by night a green light over a white light.
Masters of all passing vessels are warned to keep well clear of these craft and to proceed as slow as possible compatible with the safety of their vessels.
Notice to Mariners No. 158/1939 will be cancelled on the above coming into force.
