Dangerous obstructions are being laid in this area.

EASTERN APPROACH TO HONG KONG HARBOUR.
Position.-Waglan Lighthouse Lat. 22° 11′ N. Long. 114° 18' E.
The Diaphone Fog Signal giving one blast of four seconds duration every minute is now replaced by a new Diaphone Fog Signal giving one blast of two seconds duration every twenty-eight seconds.
In case of breakdown of the Diaphone Fog Signal two explosive charges will be fired in quick succession every ten minutes.
This cancels Notice to Mariners No. 80/1939 of the 10th June, 1939.
