No. S. 479.—It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked Tender for A. R. P. Store at North Point (Adjoining new Govern- ment Store)' will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 2nd day of October, 1939. The work consists of erection of a Brick and Concrete frame Building.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $5,000 with the Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply to the Office of Messrs. Leigh & Orange, P. & O. Building.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work consists of the erection of a small Brick and Con- crete Building, including Drainage and contingent work.
