Such trade mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in Class 1 in respect of Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives excluding paints, colours, varnishes and aniline dyes, in Class 2 in respect of Chemical sub- stances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes excluding artificial manure or fertilizsr, and in Class 3 in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy since the 27th day of May 1927.

Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word

RHONE-POULENC".
