23. The Railways Ordinance, 1909. (No. 21 of 1909.)
The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 2, as amended by Ordinance No. 28
of 1927, is further amended-

(i) by the substitution in paragraph (a) of the word includes for means in the fourth line;

(ii) in paragraph (d), by the substitution in the third line of sub-paragraph (iv) of the words by or by the authority of the administrator for by the authority administering the railway".

(2) Section 7-the following section is sub-
stituted-
