(81) Section 70-the following section is sub-

stituted-

70. Every fare, charge, fine or forfeit- Recovery of ure imposed by this Ordinance or any rule fares, etc. or by-law made thereunder, the recovery of which is not otherwise provided for, may be recovered before a magistrate, and the provisions of the Magistrates Ordinance, Ordinance 1932, shall apply to every proceeding be- No. 41 of fore, and every order by, a magistrate under this section."

(32) Sections 71, 72 and 73 are repealed.

(33) Section 74 is amended by the substitution of the word "fine" for the word "penalty" in the second line, and of the words been for the words "shall have been in the fourth line.

(37) Schedule B is amended--

(i) by the substitution of the word "Schedule" for the words "Schedule B" in the heading;

(ii) by the repeal—

(a) of the words "(except opium)" in the fourth last line of the portion intituled Goods and minerals ";

(b) of the words and figures

(a) by the repeal of the word either

in the sixth line;
