OTICE is hereby given that The Tung Hua Camming Company of No. 17 Wing kut Street, ground floor, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 31st day of May, 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:

Company, a corporation registered in OTICE is hereby given that The Knox

the State of Missouri, United States of America, having its principal offices and place of busi- ness at 1651 North Argyle in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, United States of America, on the 1st day of March 1939, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz :—

pany ( who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such Trade Marks have been used by the applicants in respect of Tinned provisions such as Games, Fish, Fruits, Soy and Vegetables in Class 42 for over a period of fifteen years and that the said Trade Mark (1) has been duly registered in the Republic of China, Singapore, Siam and Aunan and the said Trade Mark (2) has been registered in the Republic of China.

The registration of the Trade Mark (2) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the "Chinese National Flag" device.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The registration of "Mondaco "mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letter "M"

and in use the name or description of the goods appearing on the trade mark varies with the application of the mark to other goods in respect of which registration is applied for comprised in the same class,
