No. S. 399.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Wong Nei Cheong Development-Road formation ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 28th day of August, 1939. The contract comprises all cutting and filling for the formation of certain roads in the Wong Nei Cheong Development area, together with all necessary contingent

works.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,500 with the Accountant-General.

No. S. 400.- It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Medical Observation Huts, Ma Tau Chung, King's Park, and North Point, Refugee Camps ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 28th day of August, 1939. The work consists of erecting three separate wooden huts on concrete foundations with all necessary drainage.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $2,000 with the Accountant-General.
