The Trade Mark (2) has been used by the Applicants in respect of candles, common soap, detergents; illuminating, heating, or lubricat- ing oils; matches; and starch, blue, and other preparations for laundry purposes in Class 47 since October, 1937.
The Trade Mark (3) has been used by the Applicants in respect of perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap) in Class 48 since September, 1936.
