The above (1) "Palm Beach & Device" trade mark has been used by the Applicants in Class 38 in respect of articles of clothing, and the above (2) "Beach Cloth & Device" trade mark' has been used by the Applicants in Class 24 in rospect of colton piece goods of all kinds, in Class 27 in respect of linen and hemp piece goods, in Class 34 in respect of cloths and stuffs of wool, worsted or hair and in Class 35 in respect of woollen and worsted and hair goods, not included in other classes, since the 23rd day of March 1906.

Registration of the above (1) "Palm Beach & Device" trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "Palm Beach
