No. S. 327.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 31st day of July, 1939, for the purchase of old buoys, cables and odd lengths of links now lying at Taikoo Docks.
Permission to view the above may be had on application in the first place to the Chief Boarding Officer, Harbour Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 328.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Recovery of 18" dia. Cross Harbour Main", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 24th day of July, 1939. The works consists of the disjointing and raising of the 18" dia. Cross Harbour Main.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
