The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and

Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants and Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their pharmacy in Class 3. intention to use same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3.
