N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Chan Wing now carrying on business under the style or firm name of the Tin Yat Garage, at No. 4 King Kwong Street, ground floor, Happy Valley, Hong Kong, (hereinafter referred to as "the Transferer ") has agreed to transfer the said business of the said Tin Yat Garage together with its good will and other assets to Chung Hing Tong

first floor, Wong-Nei-Chung aforesaid, (herein- after called "The Transferree '). The Trans- fer will be completed on or about the 21st day of Jme, 1939. N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Marie Dombreau of No. 42 Lockhart Road (Ground floor) Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong carrying on the business of a restaurant keeper at the same address under the style or firm name of “Miniature Café"(hereinafter called “the Transferor") has agreed to sell and transfer the said business of "Miniature Café" together with the good-will stock-in-trade trade utensils furniture and fixtures to Jeanne Masseboeuf of South Arcade No. 3 Gloucester Building Victoria aforesaid and Cyril Raphael Judah of Room No.117 Wang Hing Building Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called the Transferees ") on the 20th day of June 1939.
The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at the same address under the style or firm name of “ Sammy's Kitchen " and will assume any liability incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
