Road Shamshuipo aforesaid has agreed to transfer the said business goodwills engines furniture fixtures of the said Wah Sing Metal- lic Factory to Chan Wing Hing of No. 410, Shanghai Street Yaumati Kowloon aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferees").
The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at the said premises of No. 229, Cheung Sha Wan Road Shamshuipo aforesaid under the style or firm name of Wing Hing Metallic Factory(永興金屬製品
and will not assume any of the liabili- ties incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
