OTICE is hereby given that The Coole- rator Company of Duluth, in the State of Minnesota, in the United States of America, have on the 21st day of April, 1939 applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Re- gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of The Coolerator Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Refrigerat- ing machines, air-conditioning apparatus and equipment, ice-using devices and appliances, and freezers in Class 6 and in respect of Refrigerating chests, ice boxes and ice chests in Class 50.
The said Trade Mark in Classes 6 and 50 is to be associated the one with the other.
