OTICE is hereby given that the Order of

the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 17th day of April 1939 confirming the re- duction of the capital of the above named Bank from $5,000,000 to $1,923,080 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Bank as altered, the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of April 1939. And Further Take Notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following:-

The capital of the National Commer- cial and Savings Bank Limited henceforth is $1,923,080 divided into 10,752 fully paid up preference shares of $10 each and 49,248 unissued like "A" preference shares of $10 each, 152,046 fully raid up "B" prefe- rence shares of $5 each and 30,544 unissued like "B" preference shares of $10 each and 257,410 fully paid up ordinary shares of $1 each, instead of the original capital of $5,000,000 divided into 10,752 fully paid up "A" preference shares of $10 each and 49,248 unissued like "A" preference shares of $10 each, 152,046 fully paid up "B" pre- ference shares of $10 each and

30,544 unissued like "B" pre- ference shares of $10 each and 257,410 fully paid up ordinary shares of $10 each. At the time of the registration of this minute, the sum of $10 is to be deemed to be paid up on each of the said issued "A" preference shares, the sum of $5 is to be deemed to be paid up on each of the said issue. "B" preference shares and the sum of $1 is to be deemed to be paid up on each of the said ordinary shares.
